As real estate investors we seek aging homes that need partial to total makeovers. While many aging homes have outdated appliances, cupboards, etc. the "bones" of the home are outstanding a far superior to today's modern track home. Our goal is to find homes that are desperately in need of LOVE!
We are in a growth stage and plan on buying and renovating multiple homes a year.
